Project included compilation, review and analysis of groundwater data, soil sampling, stream sampling, and waste sampling. Key issues include mercury and lead in soil, asbestos containing materials, lead based paint and fuel storage tanks. Coordination of environmental aspects of site redevelopment.

Provided conclusions regarding need for asbestos abatement and requirements for safe and orderly transfer of the property.
