The Site Design Group consists of over 20 full-time employees, many with over 20 years of site design experience. The staff consists of 8 CAD operators and 12 designers and engineers of whom four are licensed professional engineers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Florida.

We have extensive experience in the preparation of planning and zoning studies to determine the best and highest use for a piece of property. Our involvement ranges from determining the site’s existing zoning to preparing a master plan for the project. Two recently completed major studies are:

• Impact of Long Island Regional Planning's Ground Water Report on Village of Lake Success.
• Analyzed the impact of proposed widening of NYS Route 25 of approximately three miles of fronting properties located within the Town of Brookhaven.
