Preparation of a Visual Resource Assessment Procedure (VRAP) in accordance with quantitative analysis techniques devised by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Analysis included establishing similarity zones, projected impacts and quantitative/qualitative discussions.

Preparation of Visual Analysis of multi-story office building involving site visibility from various vantage points, travel speed/viewshed analysis. Project included report preparation and computer generated graphics to illustrate visual impact by horizontal and vertical sight analysis.

Preparation of the Planning Analysis and Visual Analysis Supplement for modification of an existing office building for use by Public Storage. Project primarily incorporated qualitative analysis of viewshed change.
